Shipping policy
At Paw Prime Pets, we aim to get your premium pet wellness products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Times
- Australia (Domestic): We ship to all Australian states and territories. Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days after processing. Express shipping options may be available at checkout in selected areas.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–25 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please note that international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD (Australia only).
- Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International shipping fees vary and are shown at checkout.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders).

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- For changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
